1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "zk7777," "we," "us," "our" refers to the zk7777 platform and its operating entity, licensed under an international gaming licence framework.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the zk7777 platform.
• "Platform" means the zk7777 website accessible at zk7777.org, including all casino, sportsbook, and ancillary services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your zk7777 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit, as specified per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required of all players under our licensing obligations.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card, the standard Pakistani national identity document issued by NADRA.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on zk7777, clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" checkbox during registration, or by continuing to access and use the Platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understand their content.
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zk7777. We recommend you save or print a copy for your records at the time of registration.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of zk7777 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. zk7777 maintains a strict 21+ policy in compliance with our international licensing obligations and Pakistani social responsibility standards.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order on the zk7777 platform or any connected gaming network.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a zk7777 employee in a role with access to platform operations, odds, or game outcomes.

If we discover at any time that a player was under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any time during their use of the Platform, we will immediately suspend the Account, void all gameplay conducted during the period of underage access, and report the matter to the relevant licensing authority. Any deposits made during this period will be returned to the payment method used, less any withdrawals already processed.

4. Account Registration

To access the full suite of zk7777 services, you must register a player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on zk7777. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — regardless of the name, device, email address, Pakistani mobile number, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Maintenance: You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to zk7777 Support promptly.
• No Transfer of Accounts: Your zk7777 Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

zk7777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your zk7777 Account and not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• You must notify zk7777 Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or any third party who gains access using your credentials — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to the activity occurring.

6. Deposits & Payments

zk7777 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash OTC. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Currency: All transactions on zk7777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. These amounts are subject to change and are published on the deposits page within your Account.
• Player Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is prohibited.
• No Credit or Borrowing: zk7777 does not offer credit facilities. All gameplay must be funded from your own available Balance.
• Deposit Limits: Responsible gaming deposit limits may be set by you at any time from within your Account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased with immediate effect — an increase request will apply after a mandatory cooling-off period of 72 hours.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your zk7777 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion Required: You must complete the full KYC verification process — including submission of a valid CNIC and proof of payment method — before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Same Method Rule: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn via any verified method available in your Account.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal Fees: zk7777 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside zk7777's control.
• Right to Review: zk7777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect Account fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

zk7777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the following general bonus terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate, or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet restriction of PKR 1,000 per spin or bet applies, unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play with other accounts, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonus revoked and may have their Account suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your Account at any time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

9. Gaming Rules

All games offered on the zk7777 Platform — including casino slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, sports betting markets, and any other wagering products — are subject to the individual game rules presented within each game interface, in addition to the following general gaming terms:

• Finality of Results: All game results are final once the round or event has concluded. zk7777 does not void or reverse settled bets or game outcomes except in cases of clear system error.
• System Errors: In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, zk7777 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, any stakes wagered during the affected round will be returned to your Balance.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled according to the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the Platform.
• Odds Changes: In-play sports betting odds change dynamically based on live match conditions. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation notification. zk7777 is not responsible for bets placed under odds that have changed between your submission and confirmation.
• Maximum Winnings: Single-event maximum winnings are capped at PKR 50,000,000 per day across all product types, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Winnings exceeding this cap may be paid in instalments at zk7777's discretion.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk7777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one registered Account on zk7777.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating any form of agent or sub-agent service on behalf of other individuals.
• Exploiting any identified bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity connected to the manipulation of sporting events.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk7777 staff or other players through any communication channel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the zk7777 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, written content, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of zk7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from zk7777.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any zk7777 trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of zk7777's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by zk7777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing commitments include:

• Your personal data is collected and processed solely for the purposes of operating your Account, complying with legal obligations, and providing the services described on the Platform.
• zk7777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, subject to zk7777's legal retention obligations.

13. Responsible Gaming

zk7777 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of all players. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases apply after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the total losses you are willing to absorb within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, you will not be able to place further bets until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the zk7777 Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed by request before the stated end date.

14. Limitation of Liability

• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

In all cases where zk7777 is found liable, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by zk7777's negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

15. Amendments to These Terms

zk7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via:

• A prominent notice on the Platform homepage or login page.
• An email notification to the registered email address associated with your Account.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change.

16. Dispute Resolution

zk7777 is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of all player complaints and disputes. The following process applies:

1. First Contact: Contact zk7777 Customer Support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any relevant evidence. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Internal Review: Your complaint will be escalated to our dedicated Disputes Team if it cannot be resolved at the first point of contact. The Disputes Team will provide a formal written response within 10 business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant disputes body under our international licensing framework. Details of the applicable escalation body will be provided in our formal written response.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of zk7777's international gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from applying for injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
